God Makes Himself Known

Has anyone ever asked you how you can be sure that there is a God? Well, there is an answer. Psalms 19 is a pretty amazing chapter of the Bible because it answers that very question.
We know God exists because He reveals Himself to us. In fact, He tells us about Himself in 3 different ways. First, He reveals Himself through His creation.
Psalms 19:1
"The heavens are telling of the glory of God; And their expanse is declaring the work of His hands."
Psalms 19 is saying that every hour of every day, the design and beauty of the stars, the sun and the moon tell us something about God. In fact, they are shouting it at us! God designed them to do that ... to display His glory. We are supposed to look at them and say, “Wow! Look at that! Someone really wonderful made that!”
But, God also reveals Himself in a much more specific way through His Word.
"The law of the Lord is perfect, restoring the soul; The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple." Psalms 19:7
God's Word tells us specific detail about who He is and what He has done. The Bible is God's story that you can hold in your hands and read. Why? Because He wants you to know about Him. He is revealing Himself to you.
Finally, God also reveals Himself though His Son.
"Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my rock and my Redeemer." Psalms 19:14
“My Redeemer” is Jesus. God came to earth to tells us all about Himself. He is the Redeemer of mankind. He came to earth on Christmas Day for that sole purpose.
God is telling us about Himself all the time, in every place, every day! Every tree we see, every cloud, every star, every word in the Bible and every soul that turns away from their past and gives their heart to Him reveals exactly who He is: The Redeemer of us all.
